My name is Deborah. But you can call me Bora :)

My interest in photography sprouted from my love for storytelling, when words fell short to convey the emotions I wanted to express, I looked to capturing moments in visual forms. I first picked up a camera 3 years ago to document my adventures overseas while flying as an Air Stewardess for Singapore Airlines. Travelling and seeing the world outside of our island home exposed me to many different sights and scenes, adding a versatility to my workflow. Besides digital stills, I also enjoy capturing images using film cameras. Shooting on film adds an element of intimacy and it made me realise that what I enjoyed capturing most are moments of joy and love.

I feel extremely honoured to be invited to document and have a peak inside the special bond shared between couples. It is truly amazing that I am able to witness and capture the unadulterated love and devotion between unique individuals from behind my lens.
